1.4. The cargo tracking number is sent to the customer after the product shipment is made.

1.5. Extraordinary situations such as disruptions or natural disasters experienced by the cargo company may extend the delivery time. For these cases, the seller provides the necessary information to the customer.

Shipping fees
2.1. Shipping fees may vary depending on the size of the order and delivery address.

2.2. The seller may apply a discount on shipping fees within certain campaigns or promotions.

2.3. Shipping fees are specified on the order summary page to the customer.

Shipping Tracking
3.1. The cargo tracking number is sent to the customer after the product shipment is made.

3.2. The customer can follow the shipping status of the product using the shipping tracking number.

3.3. The cargo tracking number can also be followed on the website of the cargo company.

Delivery address
4.1. The customer must specify the delivery address correctly and complete when ordering.

4.2. If the delivery address is wrong or changed, problems such as delay or loss of products may occur. The seller cannot be held responsible for such problems.
